A limited number of travel awards will be offered to students and postdocs who present a poster or a talk.
To apply , please first submit your abstract. Next indicate your desire to be considered for such an award by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with 'travel support' in the subject line. Additionally, a recommendation letter is required that briefly discusses the merit and/or financial need for travel support. The recommendation letter should be sent directly by the advisor to email@example.com with 'travel support' and the student or postdoc's name in the subject line. Please make sure that both the statement of interest and the recommendation letter are sent by Nov. 20, 2013 .
Decisions on travel support will be emailed by early December. Awards will be in the form of partial reimbursement for documented travel expenses, after the conference ends.
